you can't have it both ways. Are the players good enuf - yes or no. If the answer is no then the manager, scouts etc have responsibility a) but who appoints those people. Its all very well saying it is solely the managers fault, so lets appoint a new one and all will be fine but who will make that appointment and frankly thier track record is so poor what confidence can you have they will get it right.

look maybe f off deliah is a bit strong, she means well and all that , but she and the rest have proved themselves to be not capable. If I have someone working for me who really means well but is simply not competent to do the job then its not going to work is it
