they aren't good enough - its as simple as that

I don't believe its a case of them not bothering, they are simply not good enough. And midfield is the most massive problem. Chadwick is lightweight, Russell has poor ball control, Huckers has had his best days, Croft has no end product, Brellier is crap. The whole midfield lacks creativity, and most worrylingly is unathletic. These problems won't go away with anew manager.

What we need is a new manager plus get one or two in on loan in midfield to add some steel
