Football is a business you idiot!!! Like any business, be it a small business to a massive plc, there is a hierarchy of responsibility. Management is management, from the shop floor, to business units, to first team squads, to board level. You really haven't got a clue have you?! All businesses operate in an uncertaint world - every manager has to minimise risk and take judgements about what the future will be. Our board have royally screwed up with that process by hiring someone with no track record, and investing money in off field activities rather than the squad.
