Is where Munby wouldn't even commit to having someone in charge in time for the Ipswich game? We certainly COULD be waiting on someone - and from what I've heard, Bruce has let it be known to the Birmingham board he can walk straight into another job (the Norwich job) if he wishes. Trouble is, Carson Yeung's takeover isn't even a cert yet: he's stalling, and has to commit by Xmas, otherwise the deal's off. Ideally, Bruce wants to stay at Birmingham - and we can't possibly afford to wait til Xmas, can we? (Ditto Hareide in case Norway don't qualify, sadly).
