You can't say it's all the boards fault if they back the manager that has won us promotion once before and they give him time to turn it around. It didn't work out but you can't lay all the blame at their door for it. You can't guarantee success in football unless you have billions of ££ and you certainly won't have success if you don't allow a manager to buy the players HE wants.
