right picture yourself a hotel owner and you are suddenly hit with an emergency in london. Do you

a) hike up prices to ?200 a night

b) give rooms to desperate for free

a) instant profits in a short time......but....bad press, bad publicity, named and shamed, people charged will tell loads of people about how disgraceful you / your hotel was.

b) no profit....but excellent publicity, excellent press, compassionate profile, increase in business through your hotel's name / people who stay for free will tell loads
