I'm sorry, why do we NEED an "ex-Premiership" manager?

because our fans demand one (because Sky say the Prem is everything presumably). I can't think of any emplyed ones we could get, so I would have to ask why are such managers not in a job now?

I think Jewell would be a good choice because he is a good manager (the Prem bit is irrelevant - by your argument Bradford shouldn't have appointed him when they did).
