Agree about Strihavka but not about Crook

Strihavka may have potential but so far we haven't seen much from him. Frankly he has not had any support.

Certainly not Crook. He has even less experience than Grant and would probably be just as bad. There are plenty of talented mangers about with a track record of gaining promotion at all levels.
