Windows Vista

All I read are complaints about this - including that it is slow and hangs a lot.

I would consider myself a fairly serious user as I work in software development, and I've been using it since the summer and, apart from one annoying thing where it sometimes has trouble working out whether I have my speakers, headphones or nothing plugged in, I actually like it. Runs like a dream, starts quickly, has never hung and in general seems more stable than 2000 and XP.

I run it on a Fujitsu-Siemens dual-core laptop with 2GB RAM, so that probably helps, but I have really got to like Vista.

Anyone had problems with it ?
