When Kemal says to Maloko

"you are the mole" etc etc why does she not say "excuse me, what the hell are you talking about" but instead lets him carry on? I didn't watch for the first 5 weeks or so, did she lie to him that she was or something? Otherwise i just don't get it. I know her, Derek and Mak + V were the biggest b***hes known to man but even so, it doesn't make sense if they were mates.
