Quick riddle i need solving for a bottle of wine....anybody?

3 men buy a tv for ?30, each paying ?10 each. Once they leave the shop the shop assistant realises they have been overcharged ?5 and sends the work experience boy out to give the men the ?5 pounds back. Work ex boy thinks "I'll have a bit of that" and takes ?2 for himself and only gives the men ?3 back (?1 each). This means the men have paid ?9 each which only adds up to ?27 so where is the other pound???

I'm too thick to figure this out so any takers much appreciated...thx
