oh dear! I know how you feel I'm with Toucan

They got bought by Pipex. I was with Tiscali their download speeds were very good I changed to Toucan because Tiscali's cutomer care was so s**t. I have an "8 meg" line and it runs slower than my old 2 meg tiscali line no matter what time i test it. Also they ramp down everyones maximum speed at peak times which is between 1600 and 2200 whereas other companies will give you as much as they can. I'm leaving Toucan as soon as possible.

Oh and look out for a warning in your email box within the next week or so because streaming tonights game will break their fair usage policy and you'll be punished by having your bandwith restricted for a month.
