A tremendous success with St Johnstone and Plymouth, treated appallingly at Southampton, and has since revived his reputation at Sheff Wed and now Swindon. Knows his way around these leagues, Scottish (which'd suit many of our recent recruits), and very, very used to working on a shoestring and shovelling through s**t. He's my call, and I hope the board agree.
