Against the one major nation which has had the most problems up front for as long as I can remember. Jonny did ok - but he's barely played any matches of this intensity since the last World Cup, and the truth is he's quite a bit inferior to the phenomenon of four years ago.

Don't get me wrong: with everything he's been through, it's amazing he's still playing at all, let alone helping us into a semi-final - but the Wilkinson of 2007 is pretty predictable as fly-halves go. I can't see us scoring a try next week, whereas I reckon the French'll get a couple at least.
