There's a brilliant Newcastle messageboard I use an awful lot, and on there, Toon fans were in a blind panic at Shepherd increasing his shareholding during last season. I thought quite the opposite, believing it was a very clear sign he was preparing to sell - which is precisely what happened. The Norwich situation is very similar, if you ask me.
