Whilst Peter Grant can shoulder some of the blame for what is happening on the pitch, the board are largely to blame: Look at how they handled the Nigel Worthington scenario and the fact that they appointed a novice to guide a club in decline out of trouble. Added to that, Doncaster's inability to run a football club and the fact that the club is a soft touch when it comes to negotiating transfers.
I don't think it's just a case of getting rid of the board; Doncaster has to go too.
