But you can say this about anyone

It didn't stop Liverpool, or Villa, or Newcastle (Mike Ashley's a Spurs fan, and lives in the home counties), or Man City, or Portsmouth (where would they be without Mandaric and then Gydamak?), or Wolves (Steve Morgan's a Liverpool fan), or QPR, or Leicester, or Blackpool (why would a Latvian businessman want to invest in Blackpool? Well?), or others besides.

Are we so risk averse that we're too scared of what could go wrong to actually go for what could also go right? And at what point do people accept the current board have failed? They've only ever done their best, after all...
