Players & "Confidence"

Oh come ON!!!!

They feel "pressure", they lack "confidence". FFS, they are professional athletes, near the top of their profession, paid well, coached well-we assume-and they lack confidence!

Do they need help crossing the road or opening a tin of soup? Do they "lack confidence" when going to the supermarket?

Terrible excuse and I don't accept it. Bet they have bags of confidence when they are driving their big cars down the narrow village roads or pulling the birds in the clubs?
