that was the problem, it wasn't multiple choice just very open ended...

i left that interview exhausted. About 50 similar questions fired at you accross the desk with a HR lady sat in corner scoring in her notebook.

If you were to say, I'd follow my own instincts, then would have thought you would come accross as a bit of a maverick who does his own thing, on other hand...if you had said follow process then as somone who can' think for himself . Or if you sat on the fence then as somone who is indecisive. (?!)

I hated it, never been put in such a position. Would not go for another job who used this system.
