Interesting comment on Hughes from Royals.org

Hughsie is more important to the team than just the way he kicks a football. In comparison to the cost of the acadamy he is priceless, at a time like now when we may be blooding a lot of young players consider the following...

1) He proves the importance of being physically fit.
2) He adds a great atmosphere to the teamcoach, training field and social time.
3) He puts the team first and himself second even if it means playing out of position.
4) He shows a never say die attitude that the kids will learn from.

If Hughsie leaves, in addition to the lack of cover, we must realise that we will be loosing a guy equally important to Parky and Adie in terms of role model. Norwich's gain and our major loss if it happens, and irriplaceable even of the 2 or more players are 'better'...
