Gregory took over a club in an absolute shambles off the pitch, with no money whatsoever, and clearly facing a tough battle to stay up. Grant took over a club in a mess, sure - but still had a number of quality players in the squad, more cash to spend than Gregory, and was faced with expectation levels requiring we get back into contention. Norwich's expectancy levels are similar, surely, to those of Coventry, Cardiff, Palace, Leicester or Stoke; QPR's are just to stay in the division.
