1) Definitely needs at least 30 minutes. If he leaves at full time he'll be slowed down by the tortoise walkers.

2) If he can get a taxi, he'll be fine, and if it's
piddling down like it has been on & off today he'll want a taxi.

Plus they like you on the trains now with a couple of mins to spare, so he'd best assume his train is 10pm and leave by 9.30 definitely. And wear running shoes. And take a torch!

3) And be wary of the locals; not as friendly as down south, lol.
