but whatever the problem is it doesn't seem to me that it goes back quite that far back- but it seems to have arisen around about the time of Rioch and Hamilton and Costa del Colney.
One thing is that we have never seemed as fit as other teams - even in the play-off and promotion seasons we seldom played for 90 minutes. The thing today was that Wolves were simply so much quicker than us.
And I actually don't remember any other team coming up against us and offering as little as we did today, and as we have done on a lot of occasions over the past two and a bit years. Even when we thrashed Walsall and Barnsley they at least offered something going forward - the sum total of our attacking today was one shot from Martin that didn't even go for a goal kick.
It seemed to me that Grant came in with a good knowledge of us, and with a plan to sort out the problems. I don't criticise any signing he has made, or criticise his tactics (apart from mistakes like dropping Brown today - but there was nothing wrong with the formation) but all that he has done has not worked.
