...I'm as ambitious as the next man, but I appreciate that we can't win a league overnight.

As for good signings, well it is generally considered that Marshall, Brellier, Otsemobor, Cureton, Dave Striker, Lappin are all good signings.

Not sure sure about Russell myself, but others have good things to say about him.

Still think fozzy and chadwick will come good.
