But to look at it another way -

he's gonna be spending ?11m over the next week or two. No reason to be sure that, even if he doesn't fancy Francis, Green or Ashton, the recipients of that cash won't. (And Fener seem to be pretty keen to hold on to Anelka at the mo, so that's far from certain.)
