...goes like this:

Yes he?s conspicuous by his lack of class and first touch in our team now, but he makes up for that with workrate and likes to get stuck in. He?s the equivalent of a very young Matt Holland really with a nice pass on him and big lungs.

Don?t think he?ll stay and prosper with us as Tainio is a very classy player with workrate too, Stalteri I?ve still to see, but with Huddlestone as well, and the midfielders we already have, I can see Marney going. Especially if the miracle does happen and we sign Baptista too.

Despite that, Jol likes him and he?s had plenty of action in the Peace Cup this week so far.

Don?t judge Marney by that one wondermatch against Everton where he scored two, he can do it, but it is a rarity. He?s no donkey like Doherty though, he?ll be good in the Champ and a proper footballer who knows how to pass.

Haven?t heard anything about him leaving though...
