Arizona...........We had the annual staff against players......

cricket game a couple of weeks ago. I hadn’t done any exercise / running for the month prior to this. Certainly felt it running between the wickets. Think you’ve just got to keep going. Don’t stop, if you get fed up just moderate it a little. Even go once a week rather than three times….but just do something.
