I started the painful process of breaking in a new pair of running shoes on satdee.

2.59 miles around the mean streets of North Sheff, followed by a good stretch and a hot bath.

Took me a lot longer than I'd hoped it would. Doing the same routh tomorrow before the footer, hope to knock a good 25% off satdee's time.

Lovely old running.
