louie john will do. Don't pronounce the S and if you know how to nasalise the O (which i doubt is the case) then don't pronounce the N. But you don't need to use people's surnames anyway. Just call him by his first name - Matthieu is 'Mattyeuh', but apparently he's just Matty so i don't know why you're worrying.
