the 'anglicised' pronunciation is 'Louie John'. Of course it should be pronounced L?i: zh?:n where the ? isn't a 'w' sound but an iiiiooo semivowel. The J is voiced (like in 'Shatem') and the final N isn't pronounced (althouth the o is nasalised).
