Obviously death of child tragic and horrible. Goes without saying.

But if the parents did it (presumably by accident) and have then spent however long it is conducting the most elaborate cover up imaginable, including a trip to the Pope, in the eyes of most of the world, then it is tragedy piled on tragedy
