The stats you provided showed a very large decrease in 15-19 year old pregnancies between 1985 and 1995 in western Europe and nothing to suggest that was changing. It also showed that Britain has comparatively higher incidence than other countries in Western Europe, although whether that is "high enough already" is unknown. And nothing about chavs.

And I see many young pram-pushers here and when I was in Berlin. Couldn't really say whether there were more or less than in the UK on that unrepresentative sample.
