Secondly, you've proved that you can do the job. What you've got to do now is prove that you can fit in with the team and in particular with the managers.

I'd doubt you'll get any technical questions (that's certainly my experience of second interviews, after all they are offering a trainee position you can't be expected to be that good technically). But they will want to see someone flexible and capable of learning fats as well as someone who will fit in.
