Now looking likely that he will stay, that is unless Pompey come in with an improved offer. My view is that he will look to start over with the fans and the club and put the effort in to try and rebuild his reputation.

Some improved performances will put him back in the shop window for any potential suitors come January. Obviously, his cause would be helped if the management can see there way to bringing in some new faces between now and 6 August. I heard a rumour that Dave Strnger and Bryan Gunn were told to dig out their boots the other day.
