As for the series, tonight's was the last one, sadly. The programme were 50 mins long though, so an extra 10 mins of footage and stuff about the games wouldn't have hurt. But the political explorations of the countries involved was top-notch, as was the way it was linked to the wider football scene.

This would have made a quality programme too:
