...but here's what Joe said, plus some of the more 'choice' responses...
Hello,
the recent increase in bickering and slanging matches etc is not only a bit embarrassing to the club and to those involved, it is contrary to the spirit of the bulletin board, where regardless of differing opinions from time to time, we should ideally be united by our support for the Canaries.
Perhaps it is naive of the Club to hope this would be the case in which case perhaps it is also time to weigh up the pros and cons of having a bulletin board on our official site at all.
I have had to ban one regular user already this morning for posting a completely unacceptable picture in relation to this recent spate of to-ing and fro-ing between from what as far as I can tell are mainly adult users.
A sorry state of affairs. Apologies to the users reading who have not been involved and I hope you will all continue to post.

Threatening to drop the message board is an idle threat. You'll never do it unless forced to do so because of some libel accusation.
I also find it amusing that you make such a threat in one post, whilst creating a case why mindthevan should not be restricted from posting here.
Basically, you want the board's bickering to stop, but you're "loathed" to do anything about it yourself. Great.
I am absolutely amazed by the lack of backbone being displayed here!
For over a year now MTV/Hammy/Roger has made continued ignorant, aggressive, intimidating, racist, insulting remarks on this message board, the likes of which, if I was head of media, I would not like the club being linked with, and Blurboy gets banned for putting up a picture !!!
A cynical view would be "lets not ban the season ticket holder, lets ban the guy in america who can't make it to all the games!"
With respect Joe you should stop whining about the writers on this board and spend a bit more time trying to sort this awful messageboard and website out with PTV. Asking us to email them because you media guys cant do anything about Norwich Citys messageboard is quite frankly laughable.
I truely feel that most of the bickering on here is about the quality of the board (to which many people pay) and the fact that WOTB was voted best messageboard by a long long way on this very website should maybe tell you something.
Im not having a go here, but maybe your department should also be getting its act together to make this site (end especially this messageboard) a bit better. The fact that you media guys have no say in how your primary news site is run is shocking and appalling. I wonder how many other companies would tolerate such an awful mess, not mine thats for sure.
Until this site runs smoothly and efficiently I will not be renewing to Canary World, and I know Im not the only one.
Joe there times when I wonder why you are in PR. Perhaps you see you job as spinning for the club to compensate for the lack of substance instead of fostering good relations. I spent seven years with a national company, the leader in it's market, which many businessmen made a point of saying the marketing was superb. PR was something everybody in the company did all the time,we cherished our customers and were rewarded with a loyal customer base.
Obviously you see the message board as a cost to be suffered and not as part of the package available for supporting the city. My family have supported this club since it's inception. There are a number of season tickets in the family which along with all the others go to keep this club going and keep you in job that pays considerably more than the average supporter earns. The only discussion I want to hear you have had regarding the website are intentions on providing a commercial product. Remember Gerald Ratner and don't treat your customer with disrespect.Threats to close the board amount to that and please remember we have stuck with the club through several bad years when due to lack of "hindsight" by the management we have suffered a pretty poor fare.
I for one would like to see a more positive attitude from the management and a more upbeat PR to encourage good players that Norwich is a club with bright future.
