I seem to remember someone's new stadium

Including student accommodation at each of the 4 corners to drum up enough money to make the whole thing work (Bristol?).

It's surprising just how many other league clubs at all levels are following the Norwich model - developments, restaurants, and hotels. I reckon about the only thing we did wrong was build the sodding hotel *in* the stadium.
Ho hum.
