This relegation dogfight ends with a share of the points that does little to improve the fortunes of either side. It was an entertaining game with chances for Miramontes and Paponetti before Brellier took advantage of a mistimed intervention from goalkeeper Brivio. His celebrations were short-liked, as soon after he received a second yellow card. Pescara jumped at this opportunity and grabbed a last-gasp equaliser through Russo’s free kick, while Job was only prevented from giving them the win by the woodwork.
