I freeze framed the incident on a 40" HD tv, answer me a simple question if you are so sure.

With the goalkeeper diving back towards the goal line, with right elbow on the ground, his chest and shoulders behind the line, his left elbow well behind the line, his right elbow on the line, his hands over the ball in front of his chest, how could it not be over the line? As he rolled over the ball was over the line, he had passed the ball and as he twisted his right side touched the ball and nudged it back to where it ended up.
