when answering a question like this is to put in lots and lots of words which look as though they might signify a lot to readers used to the incoherent and immature ramblings of the likes of IED and XXL16, to name but two. what I haven't quite mastered is the task of masking from the ever so slightly more intelligent reader my breathtaking lack of originality knowledge and understanding.
Fortunately all that is irrelevant in this case, because the answer to your question, and even I can't dress it up in my normal pomposity is "no".
It might, then again it might not (who can tell - certainly not Bill Deedes) be worth paying to get the phone unlocked. But one of the many many (you wouldn't believe how many) things I am ignorant of is whether that is possible and, if it is, how much it might cost - in euros, sterling or any other currency of your choice.
