Agree, you can set up a youth system & try & feed players into the team prudently buy

from lower leagues, but it all counts for nothing when other clubs get backers in who just throw monet at it. Look at Derby 2 years ago they were s**t & we probably had one of our easiest wins of the season against them. Then money not hard work gets them promoted.
