well if i was in your shoes i'd move on too

and if i hadn't met my missus probably would have done (indeed we might have done anyway, but having just had a baby it comes in handy having the extended family nearby...)

see for me when i think of a s**t hole i think of the Oxmoor, especially having lived the first 10 years of my life there...
