haven't spent the amount of money we have over the past couple of years. They didn't buy their promotion like we did and they didn't spend as much money as us trying to stay up. Hence they probably do have more money than us to spend this close season. Dowie is an annoying prat but he IS a better manager than Worthy. The season doersn't start for 3 weeks and the transfer deadline closes in about six. I'll reserve my final judgement until then (would be nice if Worthy got over his hatred of buying midfielders and his obsession with acquiring forwards this year)
