Perhaps he shouldn't have got rid of players

until he had a replacement / knew he had replacements in teh bag.

Perhaps you could shock us all & tell us what would have been wrong in doing it that way round, rather that dumping players & then s**tting yourself when you cant get people to fill their boots.
