A touch toothless (lets forget the windies shall we?) without the first line quartet of Jones, Hoggy, Harmison and Flintoff. A quartet unlike to play together again after Jones broke down again today.

Sidebottom is decent, but he's second string. When we are forced to use him as a 'strike' bowler he's not enough.
Tremlett looks a prospect so one to keep and eye on.
Anderson, he's ok. Not consistent enough, can't see him having a great test career though.
Mahmod. Ahem. well.
