They wanted to come round and go thru the address details again...

...after I'd gone thru all of that on the phone...so to make up for the 'inconvenience' they refunded the £25...

Don't do any of this registering nonse-sense online - phone them...they're desparate to capture new customers and keep exsiting ones at the mo cos of the whole no Sky thang...I reckon you should be able to slash that installation charge at the very least...if you don't ask, you don't get...the magic words are something along the lines of "yeah, well, I think I could get a better offer with Sky" and negotiate from there...
