Not on BBC yet I think, but Dutch news now reporting that

the blood found in the holiday apartment of the McCanns was that of a person who was already dead, and that the drops, which were no longer visible to the naked eye, had been missed when somebody tried to clean the scene.

They have not yet identified the DNA as Maddy's, but are now saying it's highly likely that she was murdered and the parents are now suspects.

No surprise I feel. Their reaction reminded me a lot of that child beauty queen murder in the US, where the parents are still suspected although not enough evidence exists to charge them.

Not saying they did it, but I am surprised it took this long for them to become suspects themselves. They would seem to be the most likely with the possible exception of this Murat bloke.
