I've had a think, and I've decided to come up with a new idea..

It's going to be called MyAstonMartin.com

If we can all donate just 30 quid each then I'll arrange the purchase of a high-performance sports car. You can choose which one, although at the end of the day I will choose the Aston Martin DB9 anyway as it will be the most suitable according to my advisors and me.

Then, you'll have exclusive access to vote and choose where I drive it on my days off, which CDs I play en-route, and the style of interior I choose *

It gets better - you can continue to vote if you just keep paying the yearly fee, which will never go down but which can rise by up to 10% each year, with 21% going to me to pay me for driving it, and the rest going on petrol, maintenance and other car expenses.

If I sell it, I'll refund your subscription for that particular year (minus the 21% of course).

Oh, and if I don't manage to buy one at all, I'll refund your donation (minus the 21% of course).

* actually carrying out these choices will of course depend on the driver's and willingness to do so.
