Next phase in the revolution of football club ownership...

I know the myfootballclub.co.uk has already been mentioned, but I'm trying to raise awareness again, because I have joined and think it is such a good idea.

See it as Fantasy Football 2.0.

You pay £35 and then become a member of a trust registered by the FSA, just like Barcelona fans, but with even more control. The trust will then purchase controlling interest in a football club (top choice at the moment is Leeds, this will never happen and is probably due to Chris Moyles listeners joining, but i reckon it is putting people off) the club is likely to be League2 or Conference , somewhere like Torquay, Barnet, Woking, Cambridge, etc. All profits will go back into improving the club, it is a non-profit organisation., with the aim of geting the club to the premiership.

Members will eventually be able to vote on which players to purchase/sell, what formation to play and who should play and many other factors, things all footy fans reckon they know just as well as the manager. How many 'my starting eleven's' have already been posted and wouldn't it be a lot cooler if 'your' starting eleven was a vote which was counted?

The website will eventually have videos of training, coach reports and stuff to help with voting. It really is the ultimate Fantasy Football and a way to stick it to the man and other fat cats buying up football.
