"Everyone can claim there own little space "
"mischevious"
"Because that's where my seven-year-old will lives his life"
"Most 17-year-old's already do."
And I just worked out why I don't read Waghorn. His writing style is far too broken. He seems to try too hard to sound smart, chucking in semi-colons, hyphens and breaking out clauses into their own sentences willy-nilly.
While his advisors have obviously FINALLY corrected his business model, I'm afraid Waghorn himself is showing his own ignorance of the web in this article. Why he had to use so many words to explain the basic model of Web 2.0 I'll never know.
And he will still have trouble getting enough people to pay to read the content. That just won't work. However, if it were free to read it, the number of subscribers WOULD encourage people to pay to WRITE. THAT is the model I believe he should use if he's serious about it.
